Since childhood, I’ve been drawn to photography. My father’s 25-year-old camera became my tool for capturing family vacations, trips, and even my backyard. I spent countless hours tinkering with its settings—oblivious to what most of them did—but the joy of capturing moments kept me hooked.

As I entered high school, I took photography to fill my art credit and shot with my simple iPhone. I quickly realized it was something I loved and decided I wanted to do more with it. I joined my school’s student publication as a photographer, bought a camera, and began spending my days at practice learning how to take photos. One thing led to another, and I went from shooting boys’ soccer to capturing graduations, weddings, birthdays, sports teams, and more.

Everything I photograph is important to me. To capture and preserve those imminent memories, emotions, experiences – to capture a moment that can tell a story – is a privilege, and it is my goal to do so.
